can i write a post dated check for my insurance renewal ?
my insurance expires on the 8th (sunday.) but im not sure if ill have all of the money in my acct. by then ..so i told the insurance comp. that i dont get paid until mon. but never gave a date that i wanted to write the check for .. how many more days can i stretch it ?
Dates on checks do not mean anything in today’s electronic scanner era. Banks process checks electronically and do not look at dates anymore.
