Why no second date? (advice from guys please!)?
It seems like I go on a lot of first dates and then never hear from the guy again. I’m not ugly or boring, as far as I know. So I’m wondering why would a guy do this? Why would he never contact a girl again if the date went fine? Even a phone call to say hello? Even just getting together again for a movie? I mean, it’s not like we hated each other. Do guys expect the girls to call? I don’t contact them because I thought we weren’t supposed to. I just wanted some advice from guys who might know why this happes. Thanks!
Are these “blind dates”? Only about 1%-2% of blind dates lead to a second date. Chances are that if he called you, you’d not think twice about it and just feel some sort of validation about your atttractiveness or your personality. You just feel like he has made a bad judgement against you and that is why you are thinking about it. You didn’t get that interested in *him* on one date. So just remind yourself that this happens 99% of the time.
