Ok so i have known this girl since we were kids and we went to the same day care together i really dig her but i don’t want in any trouble so i was wondering if it was illegal to date her without intercourse till she turns 18
To date no, but intercourse is illegal. The only way you would get in trouble though is if her parents were to charge you for it. Other than that, it is usually just really frowned upon, and criticism from friends and family is enough to make the relationship a hard one.
