Buying an electric bed, and then no contact from the company!!!!?
Has anyone else had this problem with a company called MORE THAN MOBILITY, they are based in READING in Berkshire. Last year on the 22nd of August i rang this company for some advice about another bed company who had misold me a bed, i asked for a certain make and they sold me something else, i got my money back from them, but MORE THAN MOBILITY talked me into paying over the phone for a bed £1,118 pounds, i have a problem in saying no to salesmen, and also to anyone who asks me to do something for them, or give them money, i just cannot refuse for which i have been and still am receiving therapy. This all happened on the 22nd of August last year 2007, i cannot get my money back, they refuse to give it to me, and they have never tried to contact me since the above date, even though i have sent them letters, both registered and normal, i have phoned them umpteen times, still they do not reply to me, they have the bed as well as my money, any suggestions please.
