Tell him how much he means to you, and everything you love about him, tell him how special he is to you, and how he has emotionally touched you.
Tell him how amazing you think he is and how lucky you are to be his girlfriend, make sure he knows it’s true.
Always remember to speak from the heart. Remind him what he means to you and what he does like maybe bite his lip a certain way when he’s nervous or the fact that you love it when he strokes your hair. Just remember to always lift him and his ego up in a positive way. Make him feel he’s the only one in your life.
For example this is what my boyfriend wrote for me in last years card.
