WTF is a Chav?
Since joining the military my urban dictionary hasn’t been kept up to date for quite some time, what in goodness name is a Chav? Is it a racial slur or what? I just read it today on this website earlier…I apologize if anyone is offended by this, but I’m ignorant of the current situation, so please explain.

Chav is a derogatory slang term in popular usage throughout the UK. It refers to a subculture stereotype of a person who is uneducated, uncultured and prone to antisocial or immoral behaviour.
