Marines…?
I recieved a Marines recruiting postcard in the mail the other day and it claimed that if I sent it back with a little bit of info (just a phone number and birth date) I could get a free item (gym bag). Will they really send me the item or is it just a ploy to get me to send the card back only to get more cards?

Yes I do plan on joining the Corps. I’m not just in it for free stuff. I just wanted to know if they’d really send it because I’d like to have it. I just don’t want to waste my time. Thank you everybody!
Yes, it is a tool to get info and ways they can contact you and entice you to join the Marines. You will get the bag and a crap load of recruiter phone calls, email, snail mail, etc….
