He: Mid-twenties, clean shaven, employed, self-assured.Single
She: Early twenties, employed, intelligent, polite and
also single.
He asks her for a date. She accepts. He suggests a
dinner date, and asks her to choose the restaurant.
She selects a good establishment, and asks if this
meets with his approval. It does.
The date goes well. They enjoy each other’s company. The bill arrives on a tray.
He tenders cash, a decent tip, and a 2 for 1 dinner
coupon as payment.
Is the use of the 2 for 1 coupon acceptable on the first
date? What should her opinion be of him ?
