legal age of consent in texas?
I am 28 and my gf is 17 will be 18 in march 2010. I have met her paarents and they know that we r dating. She is from texas and I’m from oklahoma. She has a 10 month old daughter. She want to move in with me in november when she wud still be 17 years old. I am concerned that wud I be arrested or in trouble if she is still under 18. She wud be moving to oklahoma with me, so what state law wud be imposed ? Texas or oklahoma.?
